YouTube + Google+ + Aspie Kid Who Isn't Allowed To Go On Social Media = FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No! I just went through a lot of trouble during the summer to delete my accidentally created Google+ account without deleting my YouTube account and now I'm FORCED to have Google+ just to post a freaking COMMENT!?!?!?!?!? WTF Google!?!?!?!?!? I'm a kid, who isn't allowed social media, and I love posting videos  and comments on YouTube, and you want to ruin that for me!?!?!??! You are evil!!! Nobody cares about Google+, quit trying to make it a thing!!!!! I am very stressed by this, but I guess I can live with it, maybe. I love posting comments the most, and now you can't even REPLY!?!?!??!? You are so stupid!!!!!! The good thing is, a lot of other people are pretty ticked as well, there are even multiple online petitions, so hopefully Google hears the pleas of the community! YouTube has been working just fine, you don't need to go and change anything!!! Now, I'm usually not one to complain about change, ("Nooooooo! Disney bought Lucasfilm!!!!!!! They're making new Star Wars movies! It's gonna be stupid! Mickey Mouse is gonna be in it and they're gonna add singing! Oh, wah, wah, wah!!!!!") but this is just unacceptable!!!! I hope this petition works, because I'm not looking forward to explaining to my Mom that I need to use Google+!!! She'll kill me! Thank you for listening to my first rant! SCREW YOU GOOGLE!!!!!!!!!

Update: Now that I think about it this isn't so bad. I just need to make some changes. I will not post videos on YouTube anymore, I'll post them right here on my blog! I will only use YouTube for watching videos, I will not post comments anymore, which sucks, but I guess it's a small price to pay. I hope Google reads this because they just lost themselves a user! Until YouTube is changed back, I will just post videos and comments here instead. I hope that you all create your own blogs as a YouTube alternative too so that Google might change things back to normal! Thank you !

Final Update: My Mom read this and set me up with a Google+ page. So, everything is fine now! False alarm! :)

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! ASPERGERS AND ASPIE NOT FORMS OF AUTISM ANYMORE!?!?!?!?!?

Hey guys!

I just learned that Aspergers Syndrome and Aspie are not terms that explain Autism anymore. Now, it is class 1, 2, and 3 Autism. I am against this and I will say why, I think it is easier to explain to people what I have if I say I have Aspergers or that I am an Aspie than to say I have class 1 Autism. I also think that class 1, 2, and 3 Autism makes it sound more severe than it actually is.

I know what you're thinking, "Is the site's name going to change?" And the answer is no. I am going to be a rebel and keep the old name. I just like the sound of "Aidan the Aspie" compared to "Aidan the Kid With Class 1 Autism". I hope that you will join my Rebel Alliance, and defend the name of Aspergers!

Aidan the Aspie Critic: BOOK EDITION!!!!!! The Strange Case of Origami Yoda

Hello and welcome to my first BOOK REVIEW!!!! Today I will be reviewing one of my favourite books, The Strange Case of Origami Yoda!

The Strange Case of Origami Yoda is part of a series of books, written by a man named Tom Angleberger, about a bunch of crazy kids at a school called McQuarrie Middle School. (Get it? Ralph McQuarrie was one of the people who worked on Star Wars! The entire Origami Yoda series is about Star Wars Origami!) It is a regular sort of school until this kid named Dwight brings an Origami Yoda finger puppet to school. Now, Dwight is WEIRD.(Like me!) He does a lot of weird stuff like sitting in holes all day and talking to squirrels. HOWEVER, Dwight is really, really good at origami. He invents his own models, Origami Yoda just happens to be one of Dwight's own models. Dwight's friends Tommy, Kellen, and Harvey, (THE JERK!!!!!!) thought that this was just typical Dwight nonsense, BUT, Origami Yoda seems to give really good advice, solving everyone's problems in the school. But Dwight is so clueless! How could a puppet controlled by him give such good advice? Tommy, Kellen, and Harvey (THE JERK!!!!!) have a mystery to solve, is Origami Yoda just a puppet, or is he a real Jedi really using the Force? Can they solve the mystery? When I was first starting to read this book, I thought it would it be dumb, but it was really really good! I'd even put it up there with the Diary if a Wimpy Kid books! Now, this book is part of a series, as I said before. The other books in the Origami Yoda series are Darth Paper Strikes Back, The Secret of the Fortune Wookiee, Art2-D2's Guide to Folding and Doodling, and The Surprise Attack of Jabba the Puppett! I will review them later. Also, there is a new one coming out! It's called, Princess Labelmaker to the Rescue! Anyway, the Origami Yoda series is great! I highly recommend them, they're my favourite! They are the books that got me started with Origami in the first place! Here are some instructions for a RIDICULOUSLY easy Origami Yoda finger puppet. I'd give The Strange Case of Origami Yoda 4 out of 5 stars! YAY!!!!!!

Aidan the Aspie Critic: VIDEO GAME EDITION!!! Skylanders Giants

Hello, and welcome to my first video game review. You know how I posted my review for Jack the Giant Slayer a while ago? Well, I have another Giant adventure that I'm sure you've heard of, SKYLANDERS GIANTS!!!

Skylanders Giants is the sequel to the game Skylanders Spyro's Adventure. Like in Spyro's Adventure, you are a Portal Master, in order to play the game, you need some Skylanders figures and The Portal of Power! You plug the Portal of Power into the USB port of you're gaming station, (Some are wireless, though) and you place a Skylander on the Portal of Power and you play as that Skylander in-game. Now, there are TONS of Skylanders to collect, (Spyro's Adventure figures are compatible.) but, all you really need to complete the game is one Skylander of each element, (Air, Life, Undead, Earth, Fire, Water, Magic, and Tech) one Giant Skylander, (Swarm, Tree Rex, Eye-Brawl, Crusher, Hot Head, Thumpback, Ninjini, or Bouncer) and one fast Skylander (Sonic Boom, Whirlwind, Camo, Stealth Elf, Fright Rider, Cynder, Flashwing, Sunburn, Zap, Spyro, Drobot).

 The game's storyline goes like this, Since the last game, Kaos (The Main Antagonist of Skylanders) has been banished to earth, a realm were Skylanders are frozen. For a reason unexplained, Kaos comes to life on earth and finds the Portal of Power and uses it to get back to Skylands. Kaos, along with his assistant, Glumshanks, find an Arkeyan Robot. The Arkeyan Robots were a race of evil robots that once ruled Skylands with an Iron Fist (Literally!). But soon came a race of heroes that defeated the Arkeyans, The Giants! They destroyed the Iron Fist and brought peace to Skylands, BUT, they were banished to earth, where they have not been seen since. BUT, with Kaos finding the Arkeyan Robot and him looking for the Iron Fist, It's time to bring back the Giants! But, Can the Skylanders and the Giants, along with some other friends, Defeat Kaos and the Arkeyan Robots again? Play Skylanders Giants to find out!

I thought this game was super fun and exciting! Sure, I don't have a Skylander of every element, (I'm missing Earth, Fire, Water, and Magic) which isn't very good because you need Skylanders of a cretain element in order to unlock special bonus areas! There are lots of fun puzzles and the game itself isn't very hard so young children could probably play it. This game has the COOLEST SOUNDTRACK EVER!!!! I'm going to buy it on iTunes if it's available! This game wasn't all good though. This game has voice actors so alot of the characters are REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!! Especially the little Frog thing in the lock puzzles. @#$%! HE IS ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has got to be one of my most hated video game characters of ALL TIME!!!! Also, I just have to point this out, Kaos sounds and acts EXACTLY like Invader Zim! Voltar from League of Super Evil, too!

They have exactly the same facial expression and pose, too!

Me and my Brother have had a BLAST playing this game! I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars! I just can't wait until Skylanders Swap Force comes out this year! Good Game!

I'm Alive!

Hi guys,

I guess you were all pretty freaked out when I ran into the Creeper in the last post, well, worry no more! I am alive! I was almost dead, but I miraculously survived. The bad news is, The Creeper got away AGAIN!!! So, he is still sneaking around this site somewhere! We'll get him next time!

Aidan the Aspie Critic: Jack the Giant Slayer

I saw a new movie on Friday!

Fe Fi Fo Fum! It was Jack the Giant Slayer, a movie based on the stories of Jack and the Beanstalk and Jack the Giant Killer. It's about a young farm boy named Jack. Jack has had a fascination with Giants from a very young age, especially from a poem his Father used to read him about the legend of the evil Giants, magic beans that grow into massive beanstalks, and a magical crown that turns the warlike Giants into faithful servants of whoever wears the crown. The poem was supposed to be a fairy tale, BUT, when the 18 year old Jack goes to market to sell his horse, he is given magic beans for his horse by a very paranoid and mysterious monk. Well, Jack goes home with the beans but his uncle, (His father had died.) throws the beans away. Jack collected most of them, but 1 was lost. One night, the princess in disguise, (She also has had a fascination with Giants from a very young age and doesn't want to be a princess. Mostly because her father, The King, is forcing her to marry a stupid jerk guy named Rodrick. The princess's mother, The Queen, had passed away.) comes to Jack's hut in the rain and the lost bean accidentally gets wet, making it grow into a huge beanstalk! The princess gets caught up in the vines and goes up with the beanstalk! She ends up in the mysterious and dangerous land of the Giants! Can Jack, along with the stupid jerk guy Rodrick and some other guys, save the princess from the evil and ferocious Giants!? And, will the Giants find a way back to earth?

This was an EXCELLENT movie! It was also CRAZY intense! The giants are ugly, but awesome! There was something especially disturbing about the second head of the Two-Headed-King Giant. There were lots of giants flying at you because the movie was made for 3-D. (Luckily, I saw it in 2-D!) The Cinematography was great, the story was great, but it scared the (BEEP) out of me!!! There was also good humour so this was a very funny movie as well! It also had a twist ending that was probably leading up to a sequel! Anyway, Jack the Giant Slayer is a great movie, but don't take the little ones, it's SCARY!!! I'd give it 9 out of 10 stars! This movie was GIANT fun! (See what I did there?)

I've been away for a LONG time, I'm really sorry, There just hasn't been any interesting stuff to write about. I am SUPER SORRY!!!! The good news is, I just saw a new movie that I will be reviewing! Pssst, I may be doing Toy Reviews as well! Ssssshhhhhh! Also, I am currently writing a series called Magicre! Magical Creatures at school so I may be sharing that with you guys! Magicre is going to be similar to Poke'mon and Magi-Nation, but very different. Also, the guys over at Maleth Studios may be turning it into a video game! Stay tuned for more... I will also be posting more of my artwork, songs, jokes, and more! So, there's some good stuff coming up! Stay with me!
